We are looking for specialized psychiatrists to join Al Taie Center, one of the leading medical centers in Saudi Arabia.
The job includes providing psychological and therapeutic support to patients, diagnosing psychological disorders, and developing comprehensive treatment plans aimed at improving mental health and quality of life.

Requirements
شهادة طبية متخصصة في الطب النفسي مع ترخيص مزاولة المهنة في الكويت.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في العمل بمجال الطب النفسي، ويفضل في بيئة متعددة التخصصات.
- إلمام بأساليب العلاج الحديث مثل العلاج السلوكي المعرفي (CBT) والعلاج السلوكي الجدلي (DBT).
- القدرة على التعامل مع الحالات المعقدة والمزمنة.
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة وإتقان اللغة العربية، مع القدرة على التحدث بالإنجليزية.
- A medical degree specializing in psychiatry with a valid license to practice in Kuwait.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in psychiatry, preferably in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Proficiency in modern therapeutic methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
- Ability to manage complex and chronic cases.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic, with fluency in English.

Responsibilities
- تقديم جلسات علاج نفسي متخصصة للمرضى الذين يعانون من اضطرابات نفسية مثل:
- الاكتئاب: تقييم الحالة النفسية وتصميم خطط علاجية تشمل العلاج الدوائي والسلوكي.
- القلق واضطرابات الهلع: تقديم استراتيجيات للسيطرة على القلق وتحسين جودة الحياة.
- الوسواس القهري: تصميم علاجات معرفية وسلوكية فعّالة.
- ثنائي القطب: إدارة الأعراض باستخدام أحدث الطرق العلاجية.
- الفصام: دعم الحالات المزمنة وتحسين الاستجابة الاجتماعية.
- الإدمان: تقديم خطط علاج متكاملة للتخلص من الإدمان ومتابعة التعافي.
- العمل ضمن فريق متكامل يشمل أخصائيي تخاطب، خبراء تغذية، ومعالجين وظيفيين لتوفير رعاية شاملة للمرضى.
- تدريب وإرشاد الموظفين الجدد في الفريق النفسي لتحسين جودة الخدمات المقدمة.
- متابعة تطور الحالات باستخدام أدوات تقييم متقدمة وبرامج علاجية متجددة.
- تقديم استشارات نفسية للأفراد والأسر لتعزيز الصحة النفسية داخل المجتمع.
- Provide specialized psychological therapy for patients suffering from mental disorders such as:
- Depression: Assess mental health and design treatment plans, including medication and behavioral therapy.
- Anxiety and Panic Disorders: Develop strategies to control anxiety and enhance quality of life.
- Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD): Create effective cognitive and behavioral treatment plans.
- Bipolar Disorder: Manage symptoms using the latest therapeutic approaches.
- Schizophrenia: Support chronic cases and improve social responsiveness.
- Addiction: Develop comprehensive plans for addiction recovery and follow-up care.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including speech therapists, nutritionists, and occupational therapists, to provide holistic care.
- Train and mentor new team members in the mental health department to enhance service quality.
- Monitor patient progress using advanced evaluation tools and updated therapy programs.
- Provide psychological consultations for individuals and families to promote mental well-being in the community.
