We are looking for qualified speech therapists to join Al Taie Center, one of the leading medical centers in Saudi Arabia. The role includes assessing and diagnosing speech and language disorders, designing and implementing customized treatment plans to improve communication skills in patients of all ages, within a sophisticated professional environment focused on providing integrated and supportive care.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Speech Therapy or related field.
  • At least two years of practical experience in treating speech disorders.
  • Familiarity with the latest therapeutic techniques used in the treatment of language and speech disorders.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with a variety of age groups.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and good English.
In English:
  • Bachelor's degree in Speech Therapy or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of practical experience in treating speech disorders.
  • Familiarity with the latest therapeutic techniques for language and speech treatment.

Responsibilities

  • تقديم جلسات علاجية مخصصة للأطفال والبالغين لعلاج مجموعة متنوعة من اضطرابات التخاطب مثل:
    • التأتأة: تصميم خطط علاج لتحسين طلاقة الكلام وتعزيز الثقة بالنفس.
    • التأخر اللغوي والنطقي: العمل على تطوير المهارات اللغوية وتعزيز القدرات النطقية لدى الأطفال.
    • اضطرابات التخاطب الأخرى: مساعدة المرضى في تحسين وظائف النطق والتواصل.
  • العمل مع حالات خاصة مثل:
    • التوحد: تصميم برامج لتحسين التواصل الاجتماعي واللغوي لدى المرضى.
    • اضطراب فرط الحركة وتشتت الانتباه (ADHD): تقديم دعم لتحسين الانتباه وتنظيم الأفكار أثناء التواصل.
  • التعاون مع فريق متعدد التخصصات يشمل أطباء نفسيين، خبراء تغذية، ومعالجين وظيفيين لضمان تقديم رعاية شاملة.

    • Stuttering: Develop therapy plans to improve speech fluency and boost confidence.

  • Work with special cases such as:
    • Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD): Create programs to enhance social and linguistic communication.
    • Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD): Provide support to improve focus and organized communication.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nutritionists, and occupational therapists, to deliver comprehensive care.
